Next, prepare your oil, bowl, heated water, scalp massager, shower cap and heat cap ready. You’ve got them all? Great! Let’s go on!
Take a little quantity of your oil into a bowl and place that bowl into another bowl of heated water. Leave for two minutes so the oil doesn’t get too hot. Then divide your hair into sections and massage you scalp with the hot oil. Use your scalp massager to aid this process so the oil goes in. After this, cover your hair with your shower cap.
